Dr. Andrea Anderson

Dr. Andrea Anderson, a southern California native, received her education in the Ivy League with a degree in Molecular Biology and a minor concentration in Chemistry. After returning home to Southern California, she pursued graduate studies at UCLA in the physiological sciences department, where she concentrated in Neurophysiology. Dr. Anderson completed her medical education at the UCLA School of Medicine, graduating in 2003. She then dedicated the next four years to studying General Surgery at a local Los Angeles medical center, followed by a fellowship in the Burn and Reconstructive Surgery Unit at LAC+USC Burn Center. It was there that she developed a keen interest in the complexities of caring for patients with painful acute and chronic wounds.

From USC, her studies culminated in a year-long fellowship under the unparalleled mentorship of world-renowned reconstructive surgeon Dr. Salah Rubayi, solidifying her commitment to treating patients with chronic, difficult-to-manage non-healing wounds complicated by severe underlying medical conditions. Dr. Anderson takes pride in offering innovative, cost-effective, compassionate care to her patients at both the Corona Wound Care Center located at 2083 Compton Ave, Corona, CA 92881, and the Riverside Wound Care Center at 5750 Division Street, Riverside, CA 92506. She particularly enjoys working with patients who have exhausted other specialists' opinions and strives daily to restore their quality of life.

In her spare time, Dr. Anderson finds immense joy in spending time with family. She enjoys traveling, participating in sports, and believes that humor and a positive attitude are essential for providing good medicine.
